Unexpected Beauty
I was not expecting to fall in love that day. Neither were you.
My expectations: feel better about myself, share with those in need.
Your expectations: get some food in the midst of an unexpected emergency and hope no one you know sees you do it.
Well…
You never know when it could be you, or someone you love, or someone you can learn to love. Now every Tuesday, when we can, with our children when they’re old enough, we drive over to the soup kitchen to do our part to help a little bit.
That’s such a sweet story! Great use of the prompt and much more uplifting than I thought it’d be, considering the image. Great job! Have a lovely weekend!
That is a lovely thing to instill in children… Love this.
Lovely story! A good feeling produced and lessons for the children too! Well done
Wonderful story! Really enjoyed it.
Thanks Tonja!

Thanks Chekii.
This is a wonderful story, and such a great take on the prompt. I only saw the toilet… 🙂
Nicely done.
Cool. The start of a life situation that becomes better at the end. Nice work, Anne.
Truly lovely and unexpected
Giving back and teaching the kids to do the same. Good foundations. Good story.

Nicely told, I enjoyed your take on the prompt.
